SUMMARY
I am an experience Civil Engineer with a degree in Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering. I have an extensive construction experienced in GCC region and Asian countries for almost twenty-five years. My achievement involved various prestigious projects such as landmark large Building projects (Hospital, Convention Centers, and Schools & Museum), Metro Rail and Depot construction project in Singapore, Long span segmental Bridge, Revetment protection structures, Oil & Gas and Defense project. My current responsibility is to oversee and control the construction supervision, quality assurance documentation, project works register, contractor’s submittal review related to Civil and Structural and to execute and implement a high profile quality work system that aims to ensure the client expectation for timely delivery of the project. Construction management and Supervision Team responsible for construction supervision and project management. Job Descriptions and Responsibilities as follows; 1.0 - Review the Structural drawings, reports, specification submitted by the design consultants at each stage of the Design to ensure completeness, correctness, compliance with the Scope of work and agreements requirements. 2.0 - Carry out construction supervision in Structural works such as Post tensioning of RC structure, Steel structure erection, welding works and Concrete works. 3.0 - Review in a timely manner the design consultants’ s submittals and forward comments to the Engineering Manager.
4.0 – Oversee projects to ensure cost remain in line with forecast. Calculate cost of materials, transport, labour and Equipment hire. Provide recommendation for reducing cost.
