Report projects progress directly to company’s Vice President of Construction. The largest project completed was two concurrent 200,000sf industrial warehouses, with Spec Space buildouts. The valuation of the warehouses and their buildouts was approximately 35 million dollars for the Bristol Group Inc. I also completed numerous office buildouts with a valuation between 1 and 3 million dollars when completed. One of my last projects completed was the Festival Flex Warehouse Complex. A ground-up of three industrial warehouses and buildouts with a valuation of 33 million dollars. Key Responsibilities:

Responsible for the project’s success through strong leadership / management, quality control, and strong scheduling practices. Report projects progress directly to the company’s General Manager and CEO (Owner). Projects currently in progress are 3 high-end custom homes located in the Ft Lauderdale area. The largest home located on Sunrise Key is upwards of 25,000sf, with a projected valuation of about 19 million dollars when completed. The other two homes are between 6 - 9 thousand square feet, with a valuation between 6-8 million dollars when completed.

• Generate very detailed weekly reports every Monday, to present to the General Manager and the CEO.

• Oversee all projects Schedule of Values, to determine accurate percentages of completion for payment.
