April 22 1989, I was hired in with Walt Disney World Security department.
I started out at Epcot as a Motor unit on swing shift. As Motor 1. They handed me the key to a vehicle and said good luck. I did that for 6 months and bided out
September 1989; I bided into the Radio room as a dispatcher. I dispatched unites to calls.
February 1990, I bided into the Control room where I helped handle all call for management and relaying information to all Management. I stayed there for about 3 years.
December 1993, I bided into the gate. I was assigned to the North Service gate. I worked there for about 6 months.
May 1992 I was asked to go to France to help open up Euro Disney. I was over there for about a month. Then moved back to my old position.
June 1993, I was trained to do office Dispatching. Getting the equipment out to the units, and to set all alarms. I got paid 50 cents more an hour if a manager called in and I had toCharles Jesse Heitsenrether

June 1994, I bided into the Team Disney Office, protecting the VP’s. I was trained to use an x-ray machine to x-ray packages before it was delivered to the VP’s. I was there for about 8 years.
July 2002, The Company did a down size and my job was taken away. I had to bid out so I bided on the Bike Unit at Downtown Disney, known as Disney Springs. I was there for about two years.
November 2004, I had bided into the Epcot Employee Gate. I was checking Employees bags coming in and going out. The Company did another down size so I had to bid on another post.
I bided to Magic Kingdom Office coordinator.
October 2009, I bided to Magic Kingdom Office coordinator. I was reasonable for getting the crew out and back in from end of shift, giving them their equipment and getting the Equipment returned.
June 2013, I bided out to go to the Disc. Building. I was protecting the IT computers servers for Walt Disney World Company. I would give out cretin badges for different areas for clients to come and fix servers. I stayed there until for about 6 years and bided into the All Star resorts a Motor 4. I finished my 30 years of service there. I retired July 15 2019.
During my years with Walt Disney Security department I had received several awards.
July 20 1993 to July 20 1994 received a Perfect Attendance award, received the 1st Security Guest Service Fanatic award. I was given a Plaque with the photo of Myself, Director and area manager.
I had received several Applause a grams.
The most Special Award I had received was the Partners of Excellence Award in 1997.
