Follow protocol and steps needed to setup Disco Grinding
Replacement of Grind Wheel on the grinder. Using F.A. screen to determine wheel height and replace the info on side of grinder replaced Course or Fine Wheel.
Remove mounting screws and clean the spindle with IPA before replacement of the wheel.
Choose correct wheel receipt of wheel being changed. After replacement dress the wheel change then use wheel gauge to insure correct wheel height.
Put tool back up in F.A. for technician to check.
Then warm up before production.
