Consultant to major sports organizations, medical practices, Universities, Sports Data analytics companies, as well as private practice with clientele of all ages.

Visionary and innovator in the field of applied technology, authoring several new Apps for mobile health, wellness, fitness, and telehealth for both Neurological and Musculo-Skeletal rehabilitation.

Founded a sister company, Latella Neuromuscular Training Systems, which has a software development firm with expertise and SaaS, in AI, AR. Together, we are creating a state-of-the- art mobile App for Rehab, telehealth, and Wellness with Patents pending on new and future developments. Authored software Healthcare Program design based on practical experiences, through 35 years of R & D to improve Quality of life and Healthcare outcomes. 1978 - 80 Founder and Director of H.E.L.P. Handicapped Exercise and Leisure Program. Organization to assist and develop physical education, leisure programs for a partially disabled population of Port Chester, NY. Authored successful Grant for funding and implementation of programs at Port Chester YMCA. Received NY State Achievement Award from Governor Mario Cuomo.

1982-86 - Consultant to Consumers Union / Consumer Reports Magazine 1990-92 - Board of Advisors: American College of Sports Medicine Youth Clinics Committee 1996 - Working Seminar White House [Clinton Administration] - participate in the President's Council on Physical Education and Health Forum 1998 - International PGA Teaching Summit, New Orleans. Presented research on sport specific training technique for golf - utilizing own Patented method of proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation.

1998 - Golf Digest Magazine. Ranked as one of Top Golf Fitness Specialists in United States 2004 - University of Pittsburgh Medical Center. Conducted independent research project on the effects of a golf specific proprioceptive technique for training. Conclusion validated the Latella Methodology. Subsequent Patent approved. 2004 - Duke University and Notre Dame University Golf Teams. Trained and implemented the Latella Method, (Flexor), for both Men’s and Women’s Golf teams. 2004 - Appointed to the National Board of Advisors of the Spirit of Golf Foundation. Providing exclusive “in position” training curriculum for national high school Golf coaches’ organization

2005 - Troon Properties. Tim Mahoney, Director of Golf Operations for Troon Golf Company. Flexor Seminar with 25 Golf Digest staff at Talking Stick 2005 - Golf Tec. Provided training and implementation of Flexor methodology for over 65 PGA instructors, (received CEU’s), in Golf Tec locations around the country. Sport specific movement Flexor methodology is now synonymous with Golf Tec instruction.
