Managed project construction contractors throughout the construction phase, ensuring adherence to scope, budget, schedule, and quality standards as outlined in the contract documents and established protocols.

I invited the world’s well-known formwork design companies like DOKA, PERI, RMD and Manar Al Omran and chose DOKA for Dock wall, PERI for cope structure and RMD for Pumphouse and Winch house.

I was Responsible for preparing construction plans, arranging resources (Manpower, Equipment, Tools etc), managing and executing the site construction activities. Construction supervision and civil engineering execution including marine, Onshore, utilities, and infrastructures.
