Project Management and Supervision

• Training, coaching and mentoring staff on following best practices and program quality expectations

• Developing the marketing strategy and managing the marketing company activities

• Monitoring, and upgrading the operation plan and ensuring that the workforce complies with requirements

• Preparing weekly plans for management on strategies and possible opportunities with company clients.

• Supervising studies from initial client contact to delivery of report and invoice

• Interpreting client requirements, formulating analysis program, consulting with relevant supervisor in order to achieve agreed turn around time, and generating final report and invoicing Health, Safety, Security & Environnent (HSSE)

• Overseeing the management of HSSE for construction activities on projects

• Leading and approving all aspects of HSSE including objectives, schedules/ programs, plans, resources, documentation, file structures, eBMS implementation, ISO14001 and OHSAS 18001 compliance Reservoir Optimization

• Taking and analysing petroleum samples in reservoir and well enhancement with Enhance Oil Recovery (EOR)

• Interacting with clients as a part of the projects handled, by designing the EOR studies using the modelling software’s, PVTSim, PVTz, PVTpro, PVTi and Eclipse

• Running analyses on reservoir fluids such as Volatile Oil, Gas Condensate, Wet and Dry Gases Involved in quality assurance and calibration of laboratory equipments

• Running special studies as part of EOR studies such as swelling study, equilibrium phase split study, forward and backward multi-contact studies as well as minimum miscibility pressure

• More than 18 years working in the oil and gas industry as a petroleum and coring engineer

• Ability to specify and manage the development of practical solutions to Health, Safety, Security & Environnent (HSSE) problems on projects

• Expertise in the certification processes and requirements (e.g., OHSAS18001, ISO14001, NEBOSH)

• Ability to work with people at all levels to develop, maintain, communicate, and implement the HSSE component of the business management system on projects

• Experience with a wide range of construction processes, including construction management, core and supporting processes (e.g., engineering).

• Ability to plan and control within resource, budget and schedule constraints Computer Skills : Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook), Geosystem, PVTSim, PVTz, PVTpro, PVTi and Eclipse. LANGUAGES
