I would keep medial records in medication book and log in on certain times I would dispense out medication to the clients in the house, I matained and kept accurate record in the food book for the grocery shopping which I would log in the book. I would also drive the clients to the clinic for iop and take them to meetings everyday. As would make sure at the house the chores were getting done daily and go grocery shopping for the week and would make sure lights were out at 10pm. I would have a house meeting every Saturday. I made sure house notes were done every night. I would do head count every morning and send it out.
