Customer Service, Call Center

I have previous call center and customer service experience. I worked at Alorica call center in San Antonio, TX for roughly 6 months back in 2016. The position was a customer service representative for Bank of America which consisted of aiding customers in applications online for credit cards of their interest as well as pre qualified offers. I also have an extensive background in customer service in person working for Valero Corner Stores from 2012 to 2016 in San Antonio, TX as a customer service representative and made my way up to management. In 2020 I was employed at the Studio 6 Extended Stay hotel as a Housekeeper for a little over a year and was recently a drive thru cashier for Desert De Oro Foods for over 2 years. I have experience with registers, computers, and phones. I am a fast learner, multi tasker, and sociable person. High school graduate and comfortable with microsoft word and excel and i have an open availability with a workspace if you can send any necessary equipment I can work.
