Manage successful completion of facility projects adhering to time and cost objectives with respect to contracting, scheduling, estimating, bidding, and contract administration functions. Establish and monitor administrative procedures for each project. Develop schedule; manage sequencing and all appropriate partnering with subcontractors and vendors to ensure completion by schedule.
