Working on Eagle Island North Carolina. This project is a heavy Civil project. This site is for the Corps of Engineers. The dredging from the rivers is placed here for storage. There are a lot of issues with soil that require a lot of engineering and monitoring. The site is a mile long and three quarters of a mile wide.
