Ran various size wire on large metal or wooden reels the machine onto the smaller size reels. I loaded finished products onto the pallets using my arms or an overhead crane if reels we're too heavy. When I helped on the production line I would be responsible for running the take up. The wire would come off the line go inside the take up onto the reels to the desired length and then I would cut the wire off, staple it, wrap it and use the overhead crane to sit on pallets.
