• Root cause analysis of numerous issues regarding card operations and transactions using various software tools such as Databricks, Datadog, Jira, etc., in order to determine and/or solve the problems.

Design Engineer Corpoica-Mosquera, Colombia 2013
• Finished conceptual designs and first CAD sketches of 4 machines to be manufactured for the arrowroot starch extraction process.
• Helped local farmers by teaching them better starch production and extraction techniques and procedures to get them out of poverty.
