Summary

I am a new immigrant from Taiwan. My IT expertise is in building and maintaining computer systems and troubleshooting user computer issues in an office environment. Although the language communication part is not very good yet, I also hope to learn English through work and integrate into the environment as soon as possible. The following are my main learning experiences in IT With Jyetec Computer System, I and an engineer maintain the network and system construction and maintenance of more than 30 corporate offices at the same time.

In the past 9 years of working at L7 Networks, I have been working alone and cooperating with 4 business people at the same time. The work content ranges from customer briefings, testing, test reports, official launch, problem solving, and product education and training. Originate Network Inc., an online game development company, uses ESXI systems to build Windows domains, file servers, Office 365 Online, Backup Seever, and file auditing. In the end, I led 9 basic engineers to maintain the system.

ATMA is a traditional industrial factory. During the period, it assisted the company in converting all server systems to ESXI architecture. We also encountered a ransomware incident and reworked multiple backup plans.
