hydraulic and pneumatics machines. Member of safety team,

Sep 2000 - Nov 2001- Pavement Technology Inc., Covington GA Pavement Technology Engineering/Foreman - Started as final assembly lead technician; became the assembly bay engineering foreman. Responsible for the final testing and repair of all 3 types of machines produced for the asphalt laboratory industry by our manufacturing location. Preformed technical support over the phone and service work in the field with excellent Supervised 4-8 personnel providing, training both technical, and safety. Provided department budget and once again built a successful team.

Maintenance Supervisor – Supervised 40 maintenance technicians at a plywood plant. Installed new preventive maintenance work order system. Started seeing the benefits before I had to leave. Suggested and supervised installation of a project that saved the company 250,000.00 dollars before I left. Provided yearly budget. Left due to family illness.

Jan 1984 – Jul 1999 – Shaw AFB, South Carolina

Aircraft Maintenance Production Supervisor – Retired at Shaw AFB as the Aircraft Maintenance Production Supervisor for the last 5 years of my maintenance career full of achievements but the one core that I learned as a young supervisor is build a great team and you will go far. Ensured that 88 F-16 aircraft were always ready to meet all flights, and deployments on time. Constantly managing training, aircraft schedules, and budgets. Managing 380 personnel in 15 different specialties. Experienced mechanic capable of reading schematics and blue prints. Proven supervisor team builder always responsible for safety training and production of personnel. Managed resources valued at over 25 million to keep the 88 multi-million-dollar F-16’s flying.
