Presently working with senior housing and Nursing facilities on their WC issues and OSHA compliance issues along with their In Service needs for their license requirements. •Provided loss control services to risks with loss ratio problems and sold the controls necessary to Top Management to become acceptable and profitable both to the account and CNA insurance. Reduced loss ratios on 11 of 15 large accounts.

•Developed and presented safety training presentations to agencies, accounts, and Industry Segmentation groups. Delivered seminar on “How to control Workers’ Compensation Costs” to nearly 250 attendees with a positive reaction.

•Appointed Branch liaison to home office industry segmentation group and also a Chicago area trade group. Results involved better communication between home office, branch underwriters, and loss control staff as to the potential exposures and controls for the group.

•Evaluated branch accounts with Ergonomic issues and provided remedies to eliminate and control the

exposures.
