• Maintained availability of NIPR, SIPR, and CX-K services affecting twenty-three Command Post Nodes, nine Joint Network Nodes, and twenty-eight Combined Operational VSAT Network Korea (COVN-Ks) nodes which supported 5 Major Subordinate Commands, 2 Reinforcement Training Units and 3 Division Command Posts.

• Mitigated risks by identifying vulnerablities and threats utilizing daily check SOPs.

• Maintained and modified configurations on CISCO Routers, Switches, and Modems allowing a balanced and reliable connection to all units in the division.

• Played a vital role in the network operations security center by serving as the Alternate Communications Security (COMSEC) hand receipt holder by maintaining accountability, administrative task, and the destruction of COMSEC materials.

• Closely monitored network via SNMP maps. Any disruption of service was logged and attending to in occordance to SOPs.
