This job was working a shutdown for the turnaround division on an outage at a chemical plant in Decatur, Alabama. Our team did a great job and we were able to help the company not only finish ahead of schedule but come in under budget while maintaining excellent safety standards. Worked with SEC out at BMW plant in Greer SC. We were putting in additions and welding 1" thick column splices to the existing structures. We were using the SMAW process. We also did a lot of demo work using an oxygen acetylene cutting torch. Also did some air arc gouging on this assignment. Tig Welder Piedmont mechanical

I worked for QLM out at Piedmont mechanical's shop in Spartanburg SC, I helped welding up all of the pre-fab duct work prior to being installed in the field. On this assignment we were using the GTAW

(Tig)welding process.

Updated old chill water systems at Lake city regional hospital. Welded steam lines and installed cooling towers. We used the SMAW welding process utilizing 6010 rods for the root pass and 7018 for the fill and cap passes. I was responsible for the time keeping and safety of all on site employees. We not only finished the project ahead of schedule, and under budget, but first and foremost, we did it safely with zero recordable accidents.

Worked an outage rebuilding a de barker drum at a paper mill in Waterville, Maine I was also asked to help on an outage at Martco paper in Louisiana installing new conveyor feed line. We used the FCAW welding process and the air carbon arc gouging processes, as well as an oxy fuel torch for the demolition and installation.

Welded a parking deck ...Galvanized steel using the SMAW process. I Rigged and flew up the pre-cast panels and materials, as well as did all the welding to connect a 5-story parking deck. This was a project that went very well. The job had zero recordable accidents and no near misses. This is another one that ended not only ahead of schedule, but under budget substantially
