EXPERIENCE

Loenbro I&E, Black Eagle, MT — Electrical Superintendent March 2022 - Present

As Superintendent I am tasked with overseeing the planning and execution of a Delta V upgrade project at REC Silicon Montana. I am responsible for the REC Silicone Silane DCS/PLC Migration to Delta V for the REC Silicon Plant. I have experience with installing Delta V cabinets and equipment like switches, controllers, and charms, along with troubleshooting AC/DC power distribution. I am leading electricians installing cable trays, grounding grid and wire installation for motor and instrumentation. I keep track of time and cost analysis through the Heavy Job Manager System program. I am currently ordering material and planning work for the electricians to ensure production from start to the completion of our projects in a safe and efficient manner. As a licensed Fiber Optic Technician, I have also been tasked with the termination and testing of the fiber optics communication with an OTDR from the Delta V cabinets to the server room. Mason Electric, Lake Jackson, TX — Electrical Project Manager February 2021 - February 2022

As project manager was responsible for managing several commercial projects. My day-to-day consisted of creating work schedules, allocating time and resources, as well as managing staff to ensure work is completed on time, to a high standard. Also required daily communication with the client and resolving any issues or delays. I also helped with residential projects such as installation, repair and updates of electrical systems, light fixtures, wiring, power outlets and circuit boards and installation of automatic backup generators. Saber Power Services, Rosharon, TX - High Voltage Electrician/Fiber Optic Technician

November 2015-February 2021

I worked on new construction building and maintaining substations around Texas. We would CAD weld the ground grid together and then stub up tails for the fence and the steel structure. We would install 3 to 6in conduit in the duct bank for cable installation. Our team would also install all the equipment for the switches, insulators, arresters and on the steel structures along with the bus bar. For the power wires we would terminate by using cold shrink stress cones. I would also set up the MCC rooms, helping with the switch gears, breaker VFS and install the cable tray from the ceiling and under the building.

As the Fiber Optic Technician, I would splice all the single mode OPGW for the pole line and Multimode fiber installed in the control rooms to MCC buildings. I would then complete my testing with an OTDR to record all the test results. I can also operate a mini excavator, skid steer, forklift, JLG and a dump truck.

Ref-Chem, Houston, TX - Electrician/Fiber Optic Technician October 2012- November 2015

I would install conduit and cable tray for all the cable pulls in the field. I have terminated motors and instruments along with Delta V CTO DCS cabinets. I have also assisted with the maintenance and calibration on the electronic equipment and gauges. I was on the commissioning team for startups and we calibrated, tested and troubleshooted instruments like control values and temperature transmitters. I have experience installing and troubleshooting heat trace cables. I’ve worked with Raychem and Thermon Genesis controllers and monitoring systems, installing power kits, lights and RTD temperature sensors.
