Shift Lead
GPS Hospitality - New Freedom, PA
May 2022 to Present
As a shift leader, you are given the responsibility of a multimillion dollar store. In which you must have a lot of aptitude . This also grants for many responsibilities that require a lead to be precise, accurate, and efficient. Handling cash, managing shifts, tracking food cost, cleaning and handling intricate utilities, and many more tasks that require a good drive and attention to detail. I personally have the desire to do my best in any job I have. I manage my time in a well organized fashion and do not like to be disorganized in any of my tasks that are on my schedule as well as events that are weeks in advance. I also make sure to stay clean and healthy as making sure one’s health is good is a great way to keep everything else in a better position for success.
I’ve been a shift lead for almost 2 years and I no longer want to work at the franchise I’ve been at and am looking for better options that could help me with my future goals. Leading with that I will make sure I do anything to improve my success with the franchise I’m working with. This means staying later than posted or starting earlier is always a yes and doing extra tasks is what makes a franchise grow without leading to more effort put in the company.
Thank you for your time.
