Built a multi-sided Offsite planning Platform that included an industry-first group travel Budget Optimizer, a comprehensive FinTech system with real-time bank transaction monitoring and an automated hotel/airline pricing data acquisition system that powered customer-facing analytics tools
Recruited, managed, and owned the engineering budget for a low-cost, high value 19-person offshore engineering team and a senior 9-person US team
Moved the company to a modern tech stack – Serverless AWS, SST, Postgres, Next.js, MUI, GraphQL, TypeScript, GCP, and Cypress, resulting in a 24/7 CI/CD release pipeline

As the technical co-founder, I recruited, managed, and owned the budget for a 14-person onshore and 12-person offshore team
Designed and built a highly scalable, multi-tenant eCommerce, Marketing, and Advertising platform with industry-best Revenue-per-Visitor, fully localized and doing business in 115 countries. Utilized AWS (Lambda, Postgres, DynamoDB, Redshift, Kinesis, Athena, Glue, Event Bridge, ECR, ECS), Azure (ASP.NET Core), React, Node, and Cloudflare Workers. Payment APIs included Stripe, Adyen, PayPal and Shopify
Established engineering best practices, comp structure, management hierarchy, and day-to-day operations, managed Product Roadmaps, OKRs, functional specs and worked closely with cross-function stakeholders
Founder & CEO – Touchfire 2010 - 2015
Touchfire was one of the first iPad accessory companies, developing an innovative on-screen keyboard and cases.
