Coordinate and analyze all amendments - there can be multiple in a day and many in the course of a week

Update managers about upcoming amendments that affect their funds

Upon management authorization, process the amendment via LendAmend or manually if needed

Coordinate with LendAmend to verify Amendment was completed

Compile and calculate monthly CLO NAVS

Complete CLO monthly reporting for our Japan funds

Process CLO tranche monthly pricing of all portfolios and update price challenges to JPM Direct

Calculate default/recovery statistics after updating database for new defaults, and current pricing of loans still held

Process trade settlement, verifying confirmations, assignments etc to ensure accuracy.

Confirming data via Clearpar or directly with the agent if circumstances demand.

Interact with all trade counterparties for trade documentation discrepancies if not promptly resolved with Clearpar

Update WSO database loan contract rollovers for principal and interest

Tie out CLO Monthly Trustee reports specifically par and cash recs, tying out collateral quality tests and concentration limits

Tie out CLO waterfalls with Trustee

Prepare and analyze monthly returns on all portfolios

Reconcile general ledger to main database monthly for cash discrepancies
