M&A PROGRAM MANAGER Jan 2024 – May 2024

Plan the divestiture and separation of the IT portion of the billion-dollar divestiture that was in progress at the time I was brought on. The divestiture covers 13 countries, 180 applications and services and about 2000 staff. Manage the Tenneco and M&A consultants on the program to plan all Day 1 and Post Day 1 activities.

PRECISION PMO MANAGER May 2022-Feb 2023

Set up Precision PMO and established the processes to develop the software, related hardware and manage the Supply Chain for equipment, tractors and combines. Established a training schedule for the needed knowledge and assessed the skillset of the Program Managers and set up individual development plans. Incorporated existing resources to manage the corporate reporting and held weekly status meetings with the PMs to ensure the projects are tracking to schedule and budget. Used MS Project to manage the development and worked to implement one source of authentication security.

Led the planning effort for phases 2 and 3 of the largest program ever undertaken by MBFS. The cost was approximately 30 million and it incorporated the lessons learned from Phase 1 lessons learned DB. PMO MANAGER, GLOBAL EMPLOYEE PORTAL, Sennett Management Jul 2000-May 2007

Brought in to rescue this $20MM+ project for GM. Managed 5 GM managers and 3 vendors to launch their global portal and the complete infrastructure to support it (Portal system, content management,

authentication and authorization directory, identity management, and new HR applications for about 200K users. Once launched, I set up and managed the PMO for the ongoing changes to the portal infrastructure and functional & regression testing of all applications requesting changes during builds. I used SAP and used Clarity for portfolio management in this role. Used RAD and JAD frameworks on this 5 year program. Also used Agile (Scrum) frameworks and implemented ID authentication and authorization for single sign on user and application security

GENERAL MOTORS, Detroit, MI

PROJECT MANAGER, Peoplesoft HR implementation, EDS Nov 1999-Jul 2000

Brought in to rescue this $30MM+ North American HR project to manage the initial and operational data conversion systems and oversee the launch transition to the new infrastructure and system. Team was made up of two different vendors and about 80 people including user team. Responsible for everything from requirements definition to launch. I used SAP and practiced Waterfall methodology on this program.

PROGRAM MANAGER, New Payroll System, LTV Steel Oct 1998-Jul 1999

Rescued 30MM+ failing project to wholly replace their legacy payroll system from source to gross to net. Team included 70 members. I had direct contact with client CIO and executive stakeholders at EDS. I used RAD and JAD frameworks on this project.

The projects ranged from $1MM to $30MM for Ford, Mazda, Honda, Nissan, Saturn, Opel, Pontiac, Chevy.

Managed the development of a joint venture between Inalfa Roof Systems and our Japanese partner to plan and begin execution through the stages of the development from local kit assembly to having a full-service engineering and supply chain presence there.
