5,500 pieces of Structural Steel Welded to reinforce existing Derrick Structure around Coke Drums.

Approx. 80 Piping Tie-ins & several dozen Spools associated with Spring TAR.

Removal of applicable Structural, Electrical & Piping components to prepare for Coke Drum Swap out.

Continual interfacing & communication with all Discipline Coordinators & Schedulers across A & B Shifts.

Client-facing Representative for several daily meetings with stakeholders (CMT, Coordinators, Engineering, Subcontractor & Progress-related discussions).

Primoris Services Canada – Kitimat, BC (June 2023 – August 2023) Construction Manager – Kitimat LNG Project (JFJV)

Contract Value – approx. $14,000,000 (T & M)

Scope included approx. 11,000 Diameter Inches of “Closure Welds” between 1” to 88” in Diameter

(Interconnecting Welds between Modules).

Part of Team involved with initial Site Mobilization & Set-Up.

Collaborated with others to source Rig Welders & Schedule them for the 5-7 days of Welder Testing prior to Site Mobilization (ongoing due to ambitious Procedure & Turnover).

Assisted in managing Manpower Resources spread over 3 separate shifts (A, B & C).

Project Manager – Suncor MacKay River – Building 100 Fire Rebuild & Winter 2020 Emergency TAR

70,000 combined man-hours + approx. 20,000 in additional revision and rework due to Spools not fitting upon installation (result of fast-tracking Engineering 24/7 in parallel with Construction) – Zero LTIs.

Manpower peaked at approx. 284 (203 on Fire Rebuild + 81 on TAR, including Indirect Support Staff).

Demo of BU-100 including Pipe, Valves, and Pumps from 4 different elevations in adjacent Pipe Rack.

Fabrication, hydro testing and installation of all new Piping, Valves, Tanks, Pumps etc.

Approx. 600 Pipe Spools (Up to 12”), 600 Valves, 500 Welds, 1,100 UTJs (Torqued Flanges) June 2019 – December 2019
