Using calipers, micrometers, and tape measures to check these parts to customer DXF and PDF prints. Paying attention to detail to avoid costly mistakes between CAD software and customer prints. Using formulas and ratios to dial in technology tables on the HMI control system to produce the highest quality cut by laser. Troubleshooting machine issues to keep downtime limited. Operating BTS client to process orders, search inventory, create packages, setup shipment, analyze or plan processing orders. Continuously finding ways to increase productivity and lower cost.
