I.CAREER OBJECTIVE
Seeking an Entry Level Position in Mechanical Engineering Field as a Technician, my skills and Knowledge which are written down here, can slightly detailed my person.
II.EXPERIENCES AND SKILLS
2009 -2011: I have worked in the Maintenance Crew as a Technician at Water and Utilities Company of the Congo R.D, Called REGIDESO I have been practiced how repairing and installing Pumps by replacement of broken parts of Centrifuge Pumps, and Maintaining all kind of Electro-mechanical equipment’s such as Motor pumps Unit, compressor unit, sewage pump, submersible pump, Generator Engine etc.….
2011-2012: I worked in the same company as a Refiner Water Attendant and Commander of Distribution Equipment’s, operator of Valve, checked the pressure (barometers). Also Supervised equipment of Production and treatment (Decanters and Filters) and Water Storage equipment (Reservoirs)
2013-2015: Quality Control /OBA and Kitting QC at SAMSUNG RSI Coppell
AQL standing by Accepting Rejecting Criteria of products (Phones, Tablets, etc.…)
Performed Function Test and Cosmetics inspection
>Mars 2015- Aug 2019: Quality Assurance Inspector II MOB-OPS BROAD TECH-ASSURANT SOLUTIONS /LEWIS VILLE, TEXAS:
Function tests on devices (phones and Tablets)in order to check all functionalities, sounds, Cameras, etc.,.also using RF test box to verify the connectivity, Making sure that products are in good stand, Cosmetics and functional condition, by following the QC instructions.
Incoming QC of parts from OEM, Vendors or Reclaimed, visual inspection according to the work instruction which defines criteria of Rejecting or Acceptance, FAI, AQL, OBA.
Data Entry on spread sheet and Reporting to the Supervisor.
Technician Maintenance and Facility MOB-OPS BROAD TECH SOL-CONNECT/LEWIS VILLE, TEXAS.
Fixing conveyor, resetting it, and then building metallic structures (Cage) of the warehouse, also replacing Lights, Troubleshooting conveyor.
Aug2019-mar2020: AR Coating Operator at VSP One: Operating Coating Machine for Lenses, Sectoring the lenses, Using Chemical pills(recipe) depending on type of Lenses in process (UVR or TSB)
Preventive Maintenance According to Log sheet.
Disassembling parts of the Machine by using Hand tools and Sand Blasting parts (Carrousel, Shutter gun, etc..) also Replacing some consumable such Filament, pills boat).
Jan 2019- now: FedEx Freight PT Material Handler: Forklift Operator Inbound,RF Scanning in order to find the location of the skids, unloading and Loading the trailers, wrapping and Strapping the Freight when its damage.
III.EDUCATION
2004-2005 Graduated at HIGH SCHOOL in Machine Tools, Learned Adjustment of mechanical parts also how to use some Machines Tools such as Lathe, Grind, Drill, then some basics of welding and Automotive Engine Maintenance. (PROFESSIONAL TECHNICAL INSTITUTE /CONGO R.D)
2005-2009 Associate degree at Electro-mechanical Learned How the Mechanical process or device actuated or controlled electrically, especially being a traducer for converting electrical energy to mechanical energy.
Have gotten courses such as Hydraulic Applied from which I learned Fluid mechanics how it behaves while is flowing inside of the pipe, like Newtonian fluids and Non-Newtonian Fluids.
Also Strength of Materials Learned how their behaves and reactions when they are submitted by strange forces. (HIGHER INSTITUTE OF APPLIED TECHNICAL/I.S.T.A /KINSHASA-CONGO R.D)
Capacity of reading measures’ instruments and also use Execution’s Tools.
