Manage print shop operations, queuing orders, and monitor printing and production services for all Goodwill Socal Stores. Reviewed all Online print requests; organize a production work schedule for processing requests and developed a database that maintained a job log for assigned projects. Maintained inventory of paper, bindery supplies, toner, and other consumables; ordered supplies and verifies accuracy of billing. Design all promotional sign-age and Designed websites for Goodwill Socal Headquarters. Operated Large-format printers
(HP Latex 365, Canon iPF780) and Digital Presses (Canon C800). Did all the necessary print production which includes Finishing, Pre-Press and design.
Color calibration on various digital printers and media. Color Management Work flows. Creating ICC profiles and EFI profiles. Used xrite i1 profiler, Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop. The job work flow was printed using Wasatch and Onyx rip. Used a variety of Epson large format printers (P, S, F, D). Design all materials needed for trade shows.

Rip all print projects using (HQ print, Gandi Soft and Wasatch Soft rip). Coordinated which large format printers to be utilized for all customer orders. Performed all pre-press, designed, and managed all (incoming and outgoing) artwork from all departments. Lead a team of three production coordinators, delegated all projects time efficiently, assured completion deadlines, and accurate scheduled deliveries. Accountable for all the production and finishing of posters, vinyls, banners, and etc. Designed all marketing materials and operated HP DESIGN JET Z6100, HP Scitex LX850 Printer and HP DESIGN JET L26500.
Delegated and supervised all customer projects (incoming and outgoing). Designed and performed all pre-press for the graphics department. Accountable for all the sign and graphics department production (finishing of posters, banners, and vinyls). Proof read all customer project orders for accuracy and integrity prior to final production phase.
