Project Manager,
I have a BA in Geography and Biology, with a heavy permitting compliance and field work background in geothermal power development. My experience in utilities construction compliance for ACRT in 2019, supporting permitting and fire hazards for transmission lines safety. My environmental roject management training was for Ormat, 2010-2012. My duties included researching and studying all land use permitted packages including memorandum of understandings, plan of developments, plans of utilities, environmental assessments, leases, decisions of records, and environmental impact assessments to develop all regulations and compliance actions for each project phase. Frequent permits included NDEP, SPCC, and compliance stipulations on entire permitted packages, including wildlife, CHAPP, Underground Injection Permits and NEPA. I devloped bids, analyzed bids, met with consultants and regulators, planned field actions and generated weekly compliance actions. I worked at the MC Guinness Hills NV power plant from breaking ground on the second phase of the exploratory and development phases of the project until the line was energized. As project manager, I submitted RFI and project information to regulators and developed excellent personal and professional relationships with private and public entities related to geothermal power development, exploration, operations and developed compliance matrices for multiple projects. My GIS and ecological experience includes supporting biological research in southern Nevada, supporting long term ecological monitoring of endangered species habitat, and biological controls studies. My geothermal GIS experience includes building project coverages for project scheduling and compliance activities. I also have construction experience in land surveying, and am comfortable in field and office situations. Thank you for looking at my background.
