The Waterford on Piedmont, Atlanta, GA ($12M): Senior Project Manager. Built a 9-story building on top of 4 levels of structured parking. Scope included high-end amenities package such as billiard room, pool, club room, business center, fitness center, media center, roof top penthouses. Subsequently oversaw the transition to apartments.
Houma Highlands, Houma, LA ($28M): Senior Project Manager. A campus of 10 apartment buildings in phase 1. Scope included: clubhouse, parking structure, pool, dog walk area and outdoor picnic areas.

Directed the construction of one office-building tower, 15 stories in height. The scope included a man-made lake, common water feature, and a large parking deck.
