I love change management. Since a very young age I have found myself interested in updating myself with any new systems/Ideas. I always had the highest performance during my career supported by appreciation letters. My passion is to find out better ways of doing things and that has influenced my choices in life very much. I enjoy motivating other people by helping them to see the benefits of thinking outside the box and to support team work to win together. Socially I am very competent. I feel strongly that as long as I have manners I can approach anyone at any level and allow others to do the same.

Working as quality assurance chemist in Ezana analytical laboratory

Working in Moha soft drinks industry of Mekelle pepsi plant as quality control and food safety supervisor till now and total of eleven years work experience in industry.
