I am very passionate about information technology from software to hardware to data protection/privacy issues. I am a adaptable a good listener and logical thinker. I tend to have ease in understanding major processes happening in an organization for example changes in internal processes and procedures.

Over time I have gained a lot of knowledge in administrative matters including human resource management and more particularly in preparing interview schedules and updating training records for new employees. I have gained knowledge in filing. I have also been put in charge of maintain records of employees leave days and other benefits.

September 2020 to Date
Worked at Ongalo and Company Advocates as a receptionist /clerical officer. My duties included filing documents, filing returns at the Companies Registry and submitting other documents at the Companies Registry. Dealing with matters at the Lands Office including collecting documents and submitting documents for stamping.
July 2019 to March 2020
Worked as an administrator in Vivikhanad Bulmandir Nursey School in Ngara including managing the electronic mail account of the Head Teacher and school; handling inbound and outbound telephone calls; other clerical work.
July 2014 to June 2019- Techno Brain
While working for Techno brain was selected as a BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) Executive for Chase Bank Voice Campaign and my experience included making outbound calls and receiving inbound call, identifying premier customers’ needs; Building good customer relation with customers at Chase Bank; Performing data entry services for the Bank in regards to entering customer information and call logs.
Worked as Sales executive of AIRTEL products and services while making calls to the premier customers to Perform data entry services for the company in regards to entering customer information and call logs.
Worked for the CROWDSURF Account while at Techno Brain and one of the duties I was required to perform included doing Data Entry for ASK 2 (ASK 2 involved transcription ie; placing sub-titles for movies, songs, advertisements targeting those with a disability of being deaf). My other roles included maintaining the database of Leave requests and processing payment vouchers for various officers.
