Project Description: Migrate from three Policy Administration systems to one consolidated system in phases. AAA has embarked on a program for implementing property insurance on Exigen Insurance Application. The new Exigen System will have personal line implementation for Auto and Homeowners. Project will involve multistate roll out spanning across to 23 states. Business requirements defined by AAA are being used to develop system/Functional requirements in conjunction with onsite/offshore teams. These requirements are inputs for the implementation of the product.

• Analyze the requirements and convert requirements into test packages using tools like IBM Rational Requirements Composer (RRC) and IBM Rational Team Concert (RTC).

• Create a review checklist to have a peer review of the test cases before delivering the test packages.

• Prepare test data for the execution of the test cases.

• Conduct Defect Prevention Program (DPP) to familiarize members of the team about defects encountered in the past and specifying checkpoints and actions to prevent the occurrence of similar defects in the future
