I am currently attending AACC for a Bake/ Pastry certificate. I learned so

much such as cooking skills and knife cuts skills in my Intro to Cooking

class. In my Intro to Bake/Pastry class I learned more about European

pastry. I’ve earned my SafeServ sanitation certificate and also have some

experience about the hospitality industry.
