Project Details: This project provides a total turnkey solution for eliminating the major waste in production shop through LED display with analysis software that suites the user application.

3.Generation of reports from the developed software for further analysis.

Project: DAQ system for Air Turbine Starter Rig
Project Details: The Air turbine starter is placed behind the engine of the aircraft. It uses the Compressed air as an input which is being made to act on the Blades of the Starter to energize and propel the turbine which is connected to the Shaft of the engine to give the Initial Start. The various parameters are recorded at the Turbine and the Engine to evaluate its performance.
Responsibilities:
1.Real time exposure to Air turbine Starter rig (at DRDO) data acquisition using 6000 series hardware and PI660 software.
2.Usage of PI660 software to export, calibrate, display and acquire data from the hardware. PI660 dlls are used for further analysis by third party software (ex: LabVIEW).
3.LabVIEW tool usage to design and develop a Complex Search Engine software for the analysis of data acquired from the DAQ system software.
4.Usage of NI Test stand for developing stable automated test systems (where LabVIEW is used as a programming language).
