After a year, alternated daily between Clorox and Metro Imaging West, a New Jersey–based printing company and Clorox’s primary national/international prepress vendor. Defined proofreading role at both workplaces. Throughout time, mentored five proofreaders and expanded departments’ services/value. Recognized for diplomacy, grace under pressure and taking ownership.
