Teksystems is a contracting agency that provides contractors to Dominos. I got the job as a Technical support representative. Our main focus was to help upgrade all of Domino's location servers. Each location would receive their Physical server at a set time and date we would need to contact them to start the upgrade process. this includes data transfer system settings transfer and security checks stating for the new server and no longer accepting the old servers as a means to connect to dominos Main servers

Mphasis is a contracting agency that provides contractors to DXC Technology. I got the job there as it is a basic help desk position and they were in need of contractors to fill positions. Obtaining this position was due to MODIS passing their contracting support of DXC Technology to Mphasis.
This is a basic and scripted help desk position where you follow documentation or escalate to the next level. I provide enterprise level IT support to users within Omnicom. I work within ServiceNow which is a ticket system solution to track user issues and for the documentation of troubleshooting and resolution.

MODIS is a contracting agency that provided contractors to Hewlett Packard Enterprises and then DXC Technology. I got the job there as it was a contract for printer installation across various Ford locations through their printer refresh project and later on it became a basic help desk position and they were in need of contractors to fill positions for both, and I was looking to start my technical career in the Information Technology fields. This was the start of my technical career.
This was a basic and scripted help desk position where you follow documentation or escalate to the next level. I provided enterprise level IT support to users within Omnicom. A notable aspect of the printer installation contract was that I was one of the few contractors that were granted clearance for top-security secured locations.
