Participated in all aspects of construction including but not limited to the following: Estimating, accounting, scheduling, lien process, billing, day to day project management. Clients included Deli Delicious, Pro Physical Therapy, Pizza Guys, The Curry Pizza Company, Little Caesar's Pizza etc. Completed many of Residential Projects from permitting to final walk through and finish. May 2017 - November 2019
Construction Manager - Director of Construction and Development - Deli Delicious Corporate Oversaw the completion of over 10 Deli D franchises in various regions. Created bid package for contractors. Participated in sight surveys and lease negotiations. Created development handbook for franchisee's. Worked on new architectural design concepts for new store development. Participated in weekly corporate meetings as the head of my department. Managed the entire build out of a 18,000 sf. bakery, from design, permitting to final inspections and completion, for DD's bakery for Deli Delicious Corporate.

Estimated and managed all aspects of the build out of projects such as: Quizno, Chase Bank, Chipotle Mexican Grill, Davita Kidney Dialysis centers, Chik Fil A, Panera Bread, Little Caeser's Pizza, The Rio Grill, Nashville's Bar and Grill, Pizza Fusion, Fast Auto Loans, JK liquors and many more. One of 5 California approved Jamba Juice contractors. Participated in and coordinated a large scale Jamba Juice night time remodel project of over forty stores in the greater L.A. and central California areas. We also had a large framing and drywall crew of over 35 employees that participated in larger commercial projects all over the state of California. Purchased the territorial rights to thirteen stores of the Orange county based Charo Chicken franchise. Participated in the drawing, planning, permitting, build out and opening of first store in Visalia, Ca. Business closed as a result of the recession of 2008. November 2001- December 2003
Project Superintendant / Partner - Milcogeneral - Fresno, Ca. Continued to supervise the build out of many more fast track Starbucks projects. Partnered up to complete a 10,000 square foot "ground up" restaurant that included 72 lineal feet of grease hood and cook line. The largest kitchen I've built to date. I took this project from conception to turn key, including estimate, planning, permitting and job build out with no assistance. July 1996 – October 2001
