Started working at these three bars in April, I was living in Santa Ana and would work my normal shifts as well as cover anytime anyone needs a cover. I am responsible for checking id, restocking beer and liquor, dishes, I am also able to make drinks and pour beers and take orders from guests. I am able to input orders on the pos system and close customers out. If someone drinks too much im responsible for cutting them off and dealing with the situation appropriately. At the end of the night I close down the bar and clean up making sure everything is ready for the bartender the next morning. When finished up with the vehicle I would either park it to wait for owner to come or drive it to the floor of the building (we worked in the parking garage at very bottom) where the owners parking spot is and drop keys off at the front desk in lobby area.
