Customer Service Facility Manager

Facility Manager - Fulton Place Garage/Clarke Garage Parking Management Services, Inc. is a valet parking service provider to major hospitality brands including Marriott, Hilton, Hyatt, Omni, Wyndham, Starwood, and IHG. The firm employs roughly 1,200 full time associates and manages annual revenues in excess of $100 million across the country, with operations in over 30 major cities. During my 10+ years with PMSI, my responsibilities included every aspect of facility management for two of the largest and most profitable assets in the entire company (Customer Service, Sales & Marketing, Retail Tenant Payments, Parking Customer Payments, Cash Management, Bank Deposits, Maintenance & Repairs, Training & Safety, and many other day-to-day functions). I was also responsible for a staff of roughly 25 full time associates (Hiring, Training, Scheduling, Payroll, etc.).
