● Utilized Python to clean the data, including handling NULL values, performing group by operations, and conducting feature engineering.

Goal: Explain key factors that lead to customer churn, build a model to predict with accuracy above 8.0, and give meaningful solutions.
Role details:
● Used Python to process, removed outliers, fixed bias target, and performed features engineering
