Inspected City Hall building in the construction phase and several other projects; the Museum of Corpus Christi, Fire Station #1 and Fire Station #4 and other minor and major improvements to public buildings (roof, HAVC systems, drywall improvements electrical systems ect...). Attend project meetings. Prepare required contract documentation (daily reports, monthly estimates, etc.). Coordinate all quality control testing with contracted testing laboratories.
