I did work at Blackhawk network.Its a remote role.I validate Verizon Wireless customers that work at certain employers and have Verizon as their phone service.These customers get a discount benefit from Verizon Wireless on their Verizon Wireless bill. Customers call me to help them get this discount and if there's any problems with getting it I would help them on that as well. It's a full time job.i want to leave cause there r many practices in this role that are morally wrong for customers.My customers r everything for me and I strive to make there life easier if I can.Also the pat is not great.They pay me $14.00 an hr.Im seeking employment that starts at $16.00 an hr. I will stay at this job until I find a new one because I have a family to support.

I am contracted through Teleperformance and the company I work for is Bank of America in the deposits Dept.

I pick up inbound phone calls from customers who are calling bofa for info about the bank /savings account, any type of questions that have to do about there bank account they would call me for help.They also call to put stop payments on a purchase or bill pay, if they have a billing dispute, overdraft charges,nsf charges,charges, problems,fraud,or complaints.

●CSR (Customer Service Rep), Optum Health/AARP -- 08-2015 to 01-2017

· Picking up inbound phone calls for Optum health in a call center setting.

· I would do billing, start AARP membership for customers that want to.

· Start new customers to get Optum health insurance.

· Take payments for their UHC or AARP for the premium insurance.

· Anything they need help with signing them up on UHC or AARP.
