By providing us your mobile device number (listed above), you agree that GoAuto, LLC and any of its affiliates, vendors and service providers (collectively, “GoAuto”) have had, and will continue to have, your consent to send recurring text messages to you using an automatic telephone dialing system and/or other automated means regarding business between you and GoAuto, including but not limited to policy renewal offers, cancellation notices and reminders, reinstatement offers, and premium payment due date reminders, and/or marketing material. Standard message and data rates apply. You are not required to provide consent as a condition of purchasing any property, good, or service. You also represent and verify that you are the owner, subscriber and user of the mobile device number provided to us, and agree to notify us in the event this changes.

Should any dispute arise relating to GoAuto’s communications with you, you expressly waive your right to bring any claim you have against GoAuto as a class action and agree that any such claim shall be resolved by way of binding arbitration, administered by the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”) and in accordance with the AAA’s Commercial Arbitration Rules, rather than in court.
