●An estimated 3,598 children of 9-24 months of age presented to the hospital’s emergency room and urgent care during a one year period (January 2016 – 2017). Immunization records from Ohio’s State registry showed 25-30% of these children identified as under-vaccinated. After providing education materials to these families/guardians, approximately 50% of the children received their missing immunizations.

●Secured measures and protocol established by the ODH grant were met and reports submitted required for continued funding
