• Develop and determine all the standards to perform inspec on and tests on all the procedures and oversee all the tes ng methods and maintain high standards of quality for all process.

• Inspec ng the calibra on cer ficates of measuring tools.

• Checking technical design and drawings to ensure that they are followed correctly on site.

• Witnessing during calibra on of instrument, counter checking of instrument data sheet.

• Quality inspec on of Commercial and residen al buildings.

• Coordina ng between all sites of the company for Quality Control.

• Conduc ng final inspec on with Client’s representa ve prior to proceed concrete pouring and other succeeding work ac vi es which requires step by step inspec on as per inspec on and tes ng procedures as per approved I.T.P.

• To ensure that all the construc on ac vi es are systema cally controlled and executed so that only conforming materials, equipment, approved methods and procedures to be used for construc on purposes.

• To coordinate with construc on crew for on-going civil/structural ac vi es, including but not limited to excava on, backfilling, compac on, Field Density Test, rebar inspec on, formwork inspec on, concrete pouring, asphal ng, etc.

• Ensure that all construc on opera ons are carried out in accordance to the project Specifica on, Construc on Procedure, inspec on and tes ng plan and approved method statement. Preparing the inspec on test request including relevant documents before inspec on date.

• To witness applicable tests conducted on concrete, soil, asphalt, water including concrete slump, Temperature, Soil sampling, FDT, DFT and Concrete Core Tests as per required specifica on and standards.
