Holmed Corp is a Medical Manufacturing Company that designs and manufactures medical products, instruments, and medical devices. Some of these products were Ratcheting Screwdrivers, Implants, Surgical Instruments, Torque Limiters, Retractors, and Minimally Invasive Systems. My position as Director of Operations was to oversee Production, Engineering, Quality, Purchasing, and Customer Service, dealing directly with our customers. L & M has 3 locations, 90 employees and has been in business for 52 years servicing such customers as: Dresser-Rand, Teradyne, Stryker, Cabot Industries, GE, Smith and Nephew, Applied Materials, L-3 Communications, Winchester Systems.

SALES & OPERATIONS MANAGER

As President of Operations and Sales, my position was to manage all aspects of the day-to- day operations, sales, and the execution of the Company and with the Customers.

Engineered and Manufactured Customer Products and Equipment to customer specifications, for the Aerospace, and Semi-Conductor Markets. Innovent also designs, manufactures, assembles and tests Capital Equipment for the Industrial markets. Some major customers were Proctor & Gamble, Boeing, Northrop, IBM, Gillette. Innovent has multiple facilities in the U.S. and Europe. Innovent employed over 300 employees worldwide.

SALES MANAGER

Moved and Implemented Sine Tool & Die (Previous Company) into Innovent’s infrastructure and Business structure to combine the 2 companies into a world class manufacturing facility. Sine Tool & Die was a 30 man with 60 pieces of equipment and had a $4,500,000.00 revenue

Developed New Sales and Marketing Strategies, based on the two companies capabilities.

Increased Sales by over $1,500,000.00 per month in the first 2 years.

Setup and Managed a Network of 10 Sales Managers and Sales Associates Teams throughout U.S. and Europe.

Instituted a new quality system – AS9100 – and trained all employees and hired a Director of Quality

Involvement with the negotiations, purchasing and implementing of New Acquisitions to help Innovent continue meet their objectives and their business plan. JULY 1989 – APRIL 1996 SINE TOOL & DIE WAKEFIELD, MA 01880 Sine Tool & Die was a machining company that specialized in Wire and Conventional EDM, Vertical and Horizontal CNC Machining, Grinding, designing and building of Tool and Dies, and small assemblies and machinery for the Automotive, Aerospace, Semi-Conductor industries OPERATIONS / SALES

Managed Start Up Company, Sine Tool & Die, from conception, until being acquired by Innovent (Eldim, BV). Sine Tool & Die designed and manufactured components for tools, dies, forming tools, industrial tools, machined parts and small sub-assemblies for Semiconductor, Automotive, Electronics and Industrial Industries. Sine Tool & Die also offered repair services to Capital Equipment Companies.
