Mary S. Roberts Pet adoption center, riverside — volunteer November - december
Here at the Mary S. Roberts Pet adoption center I was filled with the tasks of cleaning, feeding, and making sure the animals got their daily free time in. As well as human contact and play time. Occasionally whenever customers came in they'd ask me where to go when they want a dog or cat. My opinions on the different animals they were interested in and helping them build a relationship with an animal they might have liked. I did this by giving them treats or food to give to the animal. Special Olympics, garden grove — Helper
2021 - 2024
Every year at my school they hosted a special Olympics for students in school with special needs. Being in softball allowed me to be able to be involved in this special occasion. During these I would host a game for the kids and help them play the game or help to take care of a kid with special needs.
