Summary
My father always said my persistence was one of my best attributes and sometimes downfall. If this dog gets a bone, I won't leave it be until it is done correctly! Downfall because even if I've failed, I'll still complete the task so next time I'm ready, even if I don't focus on much else until it's right. (Work in progress!) I'm not one to want to repeat a project, so my attention to details is a game changer! Morale low? I've usually got a method or joke or a team building exercise to get me and my people out of the mire, and if I don't know, I'm not too proud to ask for help or explore new avenues or angles of attack to make the deadline or save time on a project or assignment. I'm a bonefide "outside the box" problem solver and puzzle completionist. If I don't have the right tool for the job, I'll find, buy, make or create what's needed for myself and my people.

Design and install everything from garden beds and sod to aeration, retaining walls and fences to ponds, pools and water features to custom made children's play equipment and all with an eco- friendly and recycling mindset. Accounts payable and receivable, recruiting, payroll, customer service and human resources, advertising promotion and signage, equipment rentals and supply bargain searching scheduling and property mapping, permits and city regulations, and local wildlife and flora research and application where applicable. (Basically, if a plant or animal isn't native to a region, I tend to steer the customer away from invasive species of plants and animals to preserve the local ecosystem. Self sustaining ponds and gardens are also a highlight of my work and research)
