Summary
Transport all incoming pallets of product to
the appropriate storage location in the
facility. Replenish product pick-up locations
by carrying out drop-offs from the
reservation location using a stand-up
forklift. Visual inspection of the product,
before storing it, to detect damage and lower
casings. Enter the product into the
appropriate reserve or pick location
maintaining proper rotation practices and
confirm through the system Ensure assigned
aisles are full, clean and ready for shipping.
Maintain the cleanliness and accuracy of
assigned aisles, keep products off the floor,
pallets are secure in their reserve locations,
no loose wrapping or packaging on pallets
interferes with the movement of equipment.
Inspect equipment used to move products in
the warehouse and correct or report any
defective equipment, pallets, forklifts, pallet
jacks, equipment, etc. to management.
Ensure that all pallets placed in reserve
locations are stacked and wrapped properly.
Removing tape or shrink wrap when product
is stable on pallets before placing in pick slot.
Maintain a safe work area at all times. Check
for any discrepancies in inventory. Keep the
work area clean and free of damaged
products and pallets. Replace slots evenly as
directed. Use queries and reports to
maximize replenishments. Comply with all
applicable policies and procedures (good
manufacturing practices), personal hygiene
