I can provide my services related to design review/ Mechanical Construction Supervision to Consultants, Main Contractor, Sub Contractors on project to project basis on Part Time / Full time as shown below:

● HVAC systems including duct work, chilled water pipe work, chiller plant, AHU, FAHU,Fans, Pumps and FCU.

● Plumbing work including UPVC / PVC / CPVC / PPR pipe work for Water Supply, Drainage, toilets sanitary fixtures & Boiler, and water services (water treatment plant, Irrigation plant, sewage plant), Oil Interceptor, Grease Interceptor, Transfer & Booster Pumps.

● Fire fighting work including Sprinkler system, FHC,FM200,CO2, and fire pumps.

● BMS system to be sure that the installations comply with the design drawings, Client requirements and international relevant standards.

2. SECON CONSULTANCY – Substation Engineering Consultancy LLC, Abu Dhabi(Oct’18 – Dec’ 18) Work Site :Noor Abu Dhabi Solar Photo Voltaic Plant, SWEIHAN(Abu Dhabi) –QA/QC Engineer Mechanical

● Monitor all quality related activities on the project

● Verify contractor quality requirements are specified to vendors and contractor documentation submittals

● Monitor the disposition of all issued non conformance /Site Instructions reports.

● Coordinate all QA/QC activities with the site QC manager

● Coordinate all quality related correspondence with the customers representatives

● Action and close all customer complaints

● Ensure the verification of documentation and certificates for materials purchased by vendors

● Review and interprets proposed designs, drawings, and specifications for appropriateness to required function and /or standard and initiate revisions where appropriate.

● Estimate and scope MEP trades during pre-construction

● Review Contract Documents, making suggestions/modifications as they relate to the MEP trades

● Review & Discussion of offers with Consultant & various Vendors of Fire Fighting, HVAC, Drainage material and equipment for MEP systems.

● Coordinate activities, materials procurement and other related activities with Project Manager and Field Staff 5. Advance Vision Co Electromechanical Works (Saudi Bin Laden Group) Jeddah, KSA (May ‘14 – Apr’16) Work Site : KAIA Airport Project, Jeddah - Mechanical Engineer

● Taking Care of QA/QC documents of the entire Material of KAIA Airport Project for Mechanical items including certificates, Calibration, Test results, Inspection request & other QA/QC documents

● To prepare all documents related to inspection & attend all inspection for different individual activities of the site & ensure that it is as per latest approved drawings
